Galvanised Steel Head Board, Zintec Steel Floor, Galvanised Rear Bearer and pillars. Zintec steel wing spades with outer safety edge.
400mm alloy hollow plank dropsides, and dual action tailboard. 3 stage underfloor ram. Electric/hydraulic power pack, cab mounted magnetic 2 button wander lead control.
Subframe
100x50x3 RHS Subframe, with 100x50x3 RHS front and rear bearer. Six 80x40x3 RHS outriggers. One pair of rope hooks to front of headboard & 8 pairs to body.
Body Finish
All joints between floor and subframe seam sealed prior to paint. Body painted graphite grey. Boards painted cab color. 22mm hardwood timber rail to headboard.
Tool Box: Galvanised steel base. 2mm zintec steel end frames pressed to follow cad line. Alloy shutters to each side. 14mm honeycomb side roof panels. 2 shelves. Body: Steel subframe, galvanised steel rear bearer and pillars. 2mm Zintec steel floor and wing spades. Radiused alloy head board pillars pressed to follow cab line. Anodised alloy drop sides, tail board and head board planks. Body painted graphite grey. Tool box painted silver to match cab.
